I was searching the New Yorker cartoons online today, which if I may say (and I may, since it's my blog), is a very fun activity. This cartoon most accurately represents my feelings about walking on the sidewalks of New York.
Depending on the day of the week and time of day I may be in different lanes. Shopping in Soho after work, definitely in the far right lane. However, at 8:45am, I am in the far left lane and people who should not be in this lane include people who flagrantly swing their arms making it impossible for you to pass them. Your arm should not be perpendicular to your body while walking...EVER.
